TRUST & INFORMATION

Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the website operated under the Kramavect brand by Kramavect Infra Labs Pvt. Ltd.. They describe the website's purpose, acceptable use and the limits of its planning information. A signed services agreement governs any consulting engagement.

1. Business information and enquiries

This website describes cloud workload migration, OS and kernel modernization and infrastructure automation services. Submitting a form, arranging a call or using a planning tool does not create a services contract, an offer capable of acceptance, a partnership or a duty to provide advice. Scope, pricing, responsibilities, acceptance criteria and delivery dates must be agreed in writing.

2. Technical scope and planning tools

All diagrams are reference architectures. Migration methods and modernization paths depend on validated platform, OS, application, licensing and regional support. Configuration refactoring and infrastructure automation do not imply automatic application source-code conversion.

The estimator uses explicit heuristic assumptions rather than estate discovery or a live cloud pricing feed. Wave counts, schedules and first-year cost differences are indicative and exclude the items identified alongside the tool. They are not quotations, savings guarantees, downtime commitments or funding eligibility decisions. Verify all assumptions before relying on a result.

3. Acceptable use

Use the website only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, submit malicious content, impersonate others or use the form to distribute spam. You must have authority to share the information you submit. Do not send credentials, sensitive personal data, customer records or production datasets through the enquiry form.

4. Confidentiality and privacy

The enquiry form is intended for initial project context. If a discussion requires confidential information, arrange an appropriate agreement and approved transfer channel first. Our Privacy Policy explains personal data handling. These terms do not replace contractual confidentiality obligations.

5. Intellectual property and third parties

Kramavect's original website content and brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view the site and retain reasonable excerpts for internal evaluation with attribution. Third-party software, fonts and materials remain subject to their own licenses. AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Device42 and RiverMeadow are their respective owners' marks. Naming a platform or tool does not imply certification, partnership or endorsement.

External booking or professional-network links, when enabled, are governed by the destination's terms and privacy practices. We do not control those services.

6. Availability, information and liability

We take reasonable care in preparing the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that general information is suitable for a particular workload. To the extent permitted by law, website information and tools are provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a specific project. Obtain workload-specific professional advice before making production changes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of general website information or planning tools. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory statutory rights, or alters liability agreed in a signed services contract.

7. Governing law and disputes

These website terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Please first contact us to seek an informal resolution. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India may hear disputes where permitted by applicable law. Any signed engagement agreement may specify its own dispute-resolution terms.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively and do not amend an existing signed engagement without the agreed contractual process.
